I came in 15 minutes before they closed. I felt bad and said I was going to leave and make something at home. They said no... worries they could make a pizza for me. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. The cost was a little over $18.00 including tip. Whenthe pizza can out it was a pizza with only cheese. I felt bad again because I don?t like cheese pizza. I let the cashier knowthat I don?t like cheese pizza and ordered it with pepperoni. She apologized as she made a mistake and hit the wrong button. Shewent outside and got the cook who didn?t seem happy. He didn?t even wash his hands before handling my food for the second time. When I got my pizza back I opened it and it only had half the pizza with pepperoni. Again I don?t like cheese pizza, so I paid$18.00 for 4 slices of pizza. I let her know and she apologized again. I left and when I got home the pizza wasn?t completelycooked. The pizza dough was undercooked. So I ended paying $18.00 for nothing. Read more
Being from Chicago and raised with an Italian mother. And a father from New York, can say this pizza is the real deal. The owner... Ben is so friendly as well his excellent employees. Fantastic pizza & YUMMY, savory, garlic knots make you always return. Inside is clean with a lot of various cold drinks in a... fridge & service is always great, plus quick even when busy(which they usually are), but still fast & hot food. Great pizza experience here. This is like the last place I would have thought to find pizza. I probably have driven by here 90... times. The staff is very nice and I can't say good enough things about Benny's Special pie with the perfect blend of veggiesand meat. FYI, reheating pizza with the Ninja Bake / Air Crisp cycle is the bomb. Just tried this awesome place today! I had the Margherita and the Mulberry, and both were absolutely delicious. Walking into the... small establishment, it smells INCREDIBLE. Very nice and clean, and the entire staff was extremely friendly! The young lady atthe counter was kind and prompt, and the manager Mike was wonderful. Attentive, friendly and approachable.
