I love love love this dunkin. I always rather go to this location instead of any other one. They?re alwaysssss so nice and... friendly. If I go at 6 a.m , they?re so cheery and it makes my whole day. It makes me not mind getting up for school in themorning. When they first opened, they were great. Now, burnt lattes and stale bagels. I asked them to remake my latte since the espresso... was burned, they poured out half my drink and filled the rest with creamer / sweetener. Made it 10x sweeter with still burntespresso. Go to DD often, always got extra ice for my coffee in a small cup for free, to add when on the road. Today they charged me a... $1.07, I told them to keep it, they couldn?t even remove the charge from the register and obviously threw it out, rather thengive it to me, telling me the new charge, it?s called good customer service.
