Zero sense of urgency from the employees here. The cashier barely said a word to me or other people that were ordering. No... customer service skills. One of the employees who seem to be a manager picked up a cup from the floor and literally put it backwith the other cups. I ordered cookies. I bit off one and requested fresh ones because they were cold. The girl takes my cookies places them in the... microwave then hands them back to me. So they try hard but too many people and too few staff. Great place if you go inside but DO NOT order from them on Uber Eats!... Multiple orders, all wrong, missing and cold.
