Well. The experience was good the waitress was great. I got my shrimp scampi to go. There were 4 shrimp in the entire dish.... Thank god I ordered an appetizer of calamari. Scampi was not worth the money even at lunch. I went to New England Fish Marketand got a half pound of shrimp for 8.00. So sad Darden can only give 4 shrimp for 11.00 for lunch Read more

Our server was great. He earned the four stars I have given. His name was Oliver. It is not his fault that we were seated next... two a party of 20 when the restaurant had plenty of seats in quieter areas. It is not his fault that the breadsticks no longercome at the earlier part of the visit like they used to. It isnt his fault that it took 7 minutes for us to make our drinkorder. I'm not being sarcastic either. He was literally serving two tables each with at least 10 people all with the same party.He treated us as if we were our own party of 20 even though there were only 2 of us, whenever he was able to. The host turnedher nose up at us (she was incredibly unwelcoming) and everyone else that came to our table to "help" seemed like they hadbetter things to do. Hire more people like Oliver. ???? Stopped at Olive Garden for lunch and had a wonderful experience. Located in Jensen Beach off U.S. 1, the restaurant was very... clean and not crowded. Staff was super friendly and our server, Lilly, was very sweet and full of energy. She helped in settingthe mood for a nice lunch. Started with minestrone soup and salad. The salad was very fresh and seasoned nicely. The minestrone(my favorite) was hot and filled with pasta, beans, tomatoes and squash. Next I indulged and had the calamari as an appetizer.Firm and white with a mild, nice little kick flavor.The sauces provided were excellent. For the main course I had the eggplantwith a side of pasta. Nice size dish, with four perfectly sliced eggplant pieces that were fresh, tender and sweet.
