These pizza slingers are reliable for a decent meal at a reasonable time with a value you won't regret. Eat more pizza.
I order here often, about once a week. If i don't change the ingredients, my order is perfect. But when I change it up, they... almost always fail to follow! I've previous ordered a bowl and they changed 2 of my toppings without asking me. I couldn't eveneat it. And as soon as 5 mins ago, I changed one little thing. Ordered new pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. Bread sticks and a cookie. $40. To have it delivered and pizza was not cooked all the... way. No topping on pizza just cheese. Beead sticks was plain no garlic Parmesan. And cookie was to done. Waste of money. No onewanted it.. This is not the first time i had a bad experience here. But it will be my last. Read more
Only after my order was placed/paid did the site notify me delivery would take an *hour and a half*. I called the store less... than 2 minutes later to switch to pickup, was immediately put on hold. After four minutes when no one picked up, I hung up andcalled again. The employee (who answered right away since they forgot/ignored me on hold) first insisted the pizza was in theoven, and that it?s location as such somehow made it impossible to change. Told them I would be there in less than ten minutes,to which they tried to insist couldn?t be done. They finally go to get a manager, and, to my huuuuuge (not) surprise, itmagically *could* be done. They then had the nerve to condescend to me and request I call ?sooner? next time. I guess twominutes after somehow isn?t ?soon?, but then again leaving me on hold for 4 minutes wasn?t answering soon either, so who knowswhat concept of time reigns in this place. Apparently all the employees here are capable of is being facetious and performingthe bare minimum by not improperly making orders. Take my advice. Go to the Papa Johns on 231 SW PSL Blvd, this location isn?tworth the cardboard their orders are boxed in. Read more

I ordered my pizza on the app, the app told me I would get it delivered at a certain time & 30 minutes past the time I called... the store to see where it was since the app added another 30 minutes to my delivery time I was greeted very rudely on the phone& even laughed at by an employee when I said I wanted to cancel my order. Then I received a phone call by a lady who claimed tobe a manger named Heather & she was as well rude to me on the phone gave me attitude & made excuses like if I was wrong forbeing frustrated that my pizza hadn?t shown up after almost 2 hours of ordering it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They do not know howto treat a customer, so now they lost one.& I still didn?t end up with pizza! Read more
Purchased a medium Philly steak and cheese. Very minimal cheese and only one slice had steak pieces. Very little green peppers... or onions. Not sure what went wrong but have to rethink my next purchase. Maybe Domino?s next time I would have added photobut I didn?t realize one could be added until we my wife, grandsons and I finished the pizza and I went on line to fill out thisreview. Read more
I ordered a delivery they sent the wrong size pizza's when they took my order I told them I would give the driver a cash tip... . When the driver dropped off the order I gave him a 10 dollar tip he just handed me the order and left when I looked at thereceipt they had put a 9 dollar tip on the bill. When I called them to tell them they tried to tell me that I authorized thetip.and after a minute of conversation about it they said that I authorized the tip.after a minute of conversation they said sorry we will credit your order and it's on us. When I checked my credit card they didn't credit my card they dubble chargedit. I will never use Papa John's again. Read more
