This place has an awesome staff that cares about its customers. I ate pho years ago and it was horrible and i needed to rectify... that because i don't expect a cuisine this popular to be bad. This resteraunt restored my faith in pho and i would say it isone of the best things i have eaten in awhile. Would recommend anyone to try it. 10 million stars!! We moved to PSL 2 years ago and finally decided to try a new Pho place since moving and let me tell you, THIS... PALCE IS A GEM!! The Pho was beyond amazing! You can taste the love they put into their dishes, my 2 yr old we got her thechicken fried noodles and she ate it up! She?s a picky eater too! Best spring rolls I?ve ever had & best egg rolls! Please fix your recipes. I?m not a picky Vietnemese person but the Bun Bo Hue here is honestly too bad. It tastes nothing like... Bun Bo Hue and it really misrepresents the best soup of the country. It doesn?t even have all the required ingredients (NO LEMONGRASS, no shrimp paste, no pork thigh, no beef muscle, no basil, no pork ham), left alone the flavors. And the onion was cut toothick so it didn?t get cooked in the soup and was very raw. Came here because the reviews were good but I?m so disappointed.Never in my life I have had a Bun Bo Hue this bad, really. Anyone who doesn?t know about Vietnemese cuisine can give this apass, but how can some Vietnemese chef sleep at night serving this to their customers and call it Bun Bo Hue? It?s not a badsoup but far away from Bun Bo Hue. The sandwich also had no pickle, no pate, no mayo. It totally missed the unique freshness ofa banh mi. Please fix your recipes. Read more
