Great service, excellent choice of flavors
Wayyy overpriced! Almost $20 for 2 small cups and only 1 had a few toppings on it. I get that prices on things have gone up but... this is out of line. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. I could not agree more that the unfriendly vibepermeates the air as soon as you walk in. I was barely acknowledged as a customer when I walked in after greeting both ladieswith a smile and a hello. Very unwelcoming for what is supposed to be a fun ice cream experience. The pumpkin spice wasdelicious. But I will not be back. If you don't love what ypu do it shows and ypir customers are yoir business. I will take mymoney elsewhere. Read more
Terrible experience. Not the yogurt, the employees. Employee rang me up, I paid, didn?t put lid on. I asked for lid for both... yogurts, he handed me 2 to which I put them on. As I was putting them in, I asked for spoons, napkins, and a bag. He did notprovide any until I asked 2 additional times. He handed me a bag. I then asked for spoons, he made a grunting sound, rolled hiseyes, and handed me two and asked sarcastically ?anything else?? Never again. There are a lot of other places that provide muchbetter service. We?ve been coming here for years, spent at least several hundred dollars (if not 1000+). Done. 16 handles in Jericho had very good fro-yo, was very Covid friendly, and had good customer service. Mine and my husbands yogurt... was fresh and delicious. They have a large assortment of topping. The store, including the toppings were kept very clean. Notoppings were spilling all over the place and into other toppings like you usually see. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is youwere unable to get samples of favors before selecting the flavor you wanted. We have been in other Covid friendly yogurt storeswho found a way around this problem. Read more
Oreo flavor was good, however cashier shouldn't tell just one person to sanitize your hands when you clearly didn't ask for... following 3 customers next on line to sanitize their hands. You don't even change your gloves after receiving cash and handingout cups. What's the point? Train your employees properly either ask all customers to sanitize your hands or just don't evenask them. As someone who thoroughly enjoys frozen yogurt I believe this place to be the pinnacle of frozen yogurt shops The best selection... of flavors toppings and they also have homemade whipped cream. This place sets the bar that no other frozen yogurt place canmeet. Read more
Out of all the 16 handles locations I've been to (probably like 5 different ones) this one was the best! They had ask the fresh... fruits toppings I like, the place was clean, and the frozen yogurt itself tasted better. I know it makes no sense cause they'reall supposed to be exactly the same frozen yogurt, but both my wife and myself agreed that this location had a better texturethan the others we've had, it was much more creamy here, more like ice cream texture, the other places were more icy. Not sureif there is an outside factor that caused it, maybe the outside temperature, maybe the time of day. I don't know why, but it wasjust better here. Ridiculous prices. Prices have definitely risen to an unacceptable level. $26 for 3 small cups of half filled yogurt with a... sprinkle of maybe two toppings max. You would have to be out of your mind to ever return to this place again. Place has seenbetter days. Establishment is dirty and run down and in need of a total makeover, probably how they justify raising prices. Read more
