I really like this Dunkin. The staff here is always wonderful and very kind, even when I drop in at 1am the guy is so nice.... Their Baskin is the only one that makes my milkshakes the consistency that I like them. Read more
One of the best experiences ive had with any Dunkin Donuts. Employees treated me very well and were respectful.
Every single time I go to this location they get my order wrong. Today my iced coffee was so terrible that I had to get rid of... it. Multiple times I've had the person at the window roll their eyes at me when hanging them my card. They are completelydisrespectful here and will not be returning to this location ever again. This place really frustrates me. The closest DD near my job, so I come here every morning. Almost every morning my order is... messed up. I'm tired of complaining and driving back. Today I thought I actually received my correct order as the receipt on myice coffee is correct but when I drink its wrong. I literally order the same thing everyday. I've been to this location twice, both times my order was incorrect. The first was via the drive thru, I waited about 5 min at... the window while the employees were screaming laughing and carrying on, and they gave me the wrong beverage, second time iwalked in, I asked (and was charged) for a large, but was given a medium and again it was incorrectly made. Both visits havebeen within the last 7 days (I'm not the type to make a scene or belittle an employee, I just took my order and left.) I willnot be returning to this location. Read more
It is a party in the store with the workers cursing and not even paying attention to what they were doing. Ordered 3 coffees... took 7 minutes and all while they are hanging out and talking to each other.
