for the second time in 2 months I go to this location and chicken was missing from my order. I ordered 3 pieces and received... only 2 tiny pieces. Because I checked the box this time before reaching home I noticed this and told the guy at the window. Icomplained to him that they need to do better and this happens everytime I come there. A spanish female worker behind him thenasked me why do I keep coming back if this happens all the time. She doesn't deserve to work at your restaurant and because ofher you have lost a customer. I live literally around the corner from this store and i will driver to popeyes further away forchicken and not come back here. The last time this happened I never wrote a complaint but this girls aggression towards me todayis the last straw. Standard kfc. Bought lunch for some people. Employee working the counter was very nice end helpful. I overheard him explaining... to a customer how he was spending more money ordering a certain way and helped him adjust his order so be would save some money. Read more
JULY 5TH 20222- Do not go here! This is a nasty location! THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! HE WAS PERSON AT THE WINDOW AND HE FILLED UP... OUR 1/2 GALLON OF TEA WITH SODA INSTEAD HOPING WE WOULDN'T CARE BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME. WE CAME BACK AND HE TRIED TO FILL ITWITH HALF SWEET TEA HALF UNSWEETENED THEN GOT AN ATTITUDE WHEN WE CAUGHT IT. I SAID FORGET ANYTHING BROWN JUST FIX ME LEMONADE.WHEN I GOT BACK HOME AND OPEN THE FOOD THIS WAS MY GRAVY. AT THIS POINT I'M NOT EATING ANYTHING AND WASTED MONEY.THE MANAGER WASA SHORT SPANISH MAN. Everyone is aware of KFC?s quality of Chicken and sandwiches as ok to good but nothing extraordinary. I do however must say... this location is kept extremely clean and staff is very friendly, something not applicable to most fast food locations. My onlygripe is the Chicken pieces have become smaller and smaller in recent years. The two piece meal I had with a side and cookiebarely took up half of the box SMH. Read more
Wow! $5.19 for a little more gravey for my potatoes and an extra biscuit. I could have gotten another whole meal! Smh by the... manager nevertheless ???????????????????????????????? and now going on the 4th straight Spanish song blaring on the radio????guess it?s obvious why all the employees are standing around on their cell phones and not one other customer in the restaurantor drive through. This guy is running this place into the ground! On my way back home westbound 495 I was starving and looking for a quick stop to grab some food but while driving a big truck... you can?t pull in everywhere but this is KFC has the perfect big Parking lot! And it?s easy to get into from 495. The food wasgood on this location. Read more
