At 9:30 pm I tried to order chicken tenders but was told they were done making them for the night. But they don't close until... 11 pm. I didn't know you can't order them after 9:30 pm. So I ordered a hamburger instead and it just didn't satisfy like thechicken tenders I was wanting. Very disappointed. Read more
Drove thru...downloaded the app first and was pretty disappointed that there were no deals or welcome points etc...had to order... through the girl at drive thru and ay cash....think I have to keep my receipt and enter manually on the app for points,creditetc.......mcd much easier Read more

Employees didn't quite care that you chose to spend your money with them. However, the burgers were good.
If I could give them 0 stars I would... they're customer service has back slid.. a lot! My husband just came in there and told... the worker at the window he wanted fried zucchini, not fries.. he got home.. guess what he had.. fries! NO fried zucchini.. work on your listening skills! Read more

What is going on at this place. It use to be the go to place for good food. Lately is has gone down hill fast. I committed the... cardinal sin for not checking our food when we left the drive thru. The fries were not fresh and barely warm and they got ourorder wrong, this is not the first time. I can see this place closing if the management doesn't make some serious changes soon.If your traveling through town, don't stop here. We're done with this place. Read more
I used to rave about the 3 piece chicken tender meal (#15) for $5.00. Post COVID the price started going up, chicken tenders... got smaller. Last 2 times I purchased the meal in Jerome the price was $8.00, tenders were small and over cooked. Interestingly enough, I stopped in Ely, Nevada last week, only $5.00 and the tenders were big and tasty! You would thinkfranchise pricing would be the same regardless of location. Read more
