I came to this mcdonalds for a big Mac. I was handed a picture perfect big Mac that was cooked to perfection. It even looked... like the picture. Nothing fell out of my burger, it was well put together. The onions and lettuce were crisp. The best big mac ihave ever had. An all around enjoyable experience. Read more
Food quality and flavor has gone downhill over the last year or so. Not just this McDonald?s but all of them. McDonald?s has... always been known for being cheap, fast, and tasting great. Every time I go there lately it is just disappointing. Leaves mefeeling sick and unsatisfied. For the price of a combo you could purchase a steak from the grocery store, when you compare steakto a McDonald?s hamburger and they are the same price? :( The world is changing and the fast food industry is not what it usedto be. Did an online order.. asked for fries with no salt an they gave me salted fries????.. an iced coffee that was watered down (no... coffee flavor) an lots of cream/an liquid sugar ????.. yuck.. my nuggets were disgusting aswell!! As someone who lives in Jerome, I come here a lot, and McDonald?s is one of my favorite places to eat. However, the past THREE... times I have been, they have failed to give me fries. I even bought extra fries each time for a friend who will only eat theirfries when we go. They gave us no fries, each time. Today when I asked ?and the fries and extra fry are in there?? The employeelooked inside the bag and said ?yeah, they are. Here you go? and gave it to me. I should have checked, because there were nofries, and we were supposed to have 3 medium fries in our order. Not to mention that we always have to pull up and wait for10-15 minutes each time because for some reason our Jerome McDonald?s can not get food out at a reasonable time. Even when Ijust order nuggets and fries and there is hardly anyone there, it takes forever. As much as I love eating here, I do not think Iwill be getting it here again. Read more
Went here and ordered two burgers, I had to pull ahead and wait for my sandwiches. When I got home I had to take them apart and... cook them because the meat was still very pink inside! This is the second time it happened to me in a month! Read more
Ordered using the mobile app, waited 20 minutes for order, went to drive through waited 20 minutes to talk to a manager, who... said that he was short staffed and that the order has been served but he would remake it to pull to the serve window. Waited atthat window another 20 minutes finally received COLD food that was not made as ordered. The burger wrap looked as if it hasbeen thrown in the trash and then dug back out. Read more
My autistic son, loves Oreo milkshakes. Since McDonalds doesn?t have Oreo shakes, I have ordered many times ?Can I please get a... vanilla shake, add 2 orders of Oreo, and blend it in to make an Oreo shake? I know it costs extra, and I?m happy to pay for it.?I have this line down. This usually doesn?t seem to be a problem. However, this time, unfortunately, they just put the Oreo ontop. They didn?t mix it in, I had to do my best with the straw? now, as per usual, I like to give people the benefit of thedoubt. I will say they seemed busy, perhaps a new employee? We always have to consider the things that employees go through.Aside from that, everything else was up to normal McDonalds standards. My son?s cheeseburgers didn?t have mustard or pickles asper requested. Not BigMac had no pickles, as per requested.
