No issues or complaints at this rest stop from me, except that none of the employees were ?trained? on how to exchange propane... so they weren?t allowed to help me with that and I had to go across the street to do it. Bathrooms were clean, and the showerwas nice with full soap dispensers and clean, folded towels! Read more

Don't waste your money to pay for reserved parking here! I knew it would be 3am before I got here so I reserved a spot well in... advance...by the time I got here and asked where the reserved spots are the cashier looked at me and said they are around backbut if you can't find one come back and I will refund your money.... ummm excuse me !!?? And no there wasn't a reserved spotavailable and when I finally did find a spot to park it was clear across the lot and freezing temperatures so no i didnt walkback to get my refund. I will never stop here ever again. Thanks but no thanks. Read more

This is a key stopping off point for travel to and from Sun Valley. It is a respite for gas, AC, and refreshing drinks and... snacks. A good supply of family-travel-necessities, restrooms and a stop of for long haul truckers. Be careful on thenorthbound exit as you will need to exit east and make a large quarter circle to return to Highway 75. Read more

The showers were great. Good water pressure , very hot water if that's what you like, and Greg did an outstanding job of... cleaning them. It was small, but I had plenty of space. Plenty of food choices at the PJ Fresh. The baked chicken is a favoriteof mine. Hot wings are always a hit as well. Store inside and out were clean as well. Employees were pleasant and friendly . Oneof the nicer Pilot/Flying J's I've been to in the last few days. Will definitely visit again when coming through. Read more

Parking situation out of control. Trucks parked in aisle, reserved spots blocked by concrete blocks, truck at fuel island 40... feet in front of broken pump, and nobody to enforce reserved parking (or any parking for that matter). Employee inside saysthere is no night security. Night is the time you need security and parking enforcement. Half of open spots had a truck halfwayin them. I reserved a space and could only get my whole truck into one of them which I had to do a 20 point turn to get intobecause of people parked along the shop and a car hauler sticking out. Employee said management wants to get rid of reservedparking. Good, do it so I have no reason to come back here. Also, you get your cdl and try to park at 2 am without a reservedspot. Read more

Overnight parking is possible here for regular cars too. There were signs in the store that prevents it. But I was able to get... some sleep by parking to the curb on the outside perimeters. There are also empty spaces at the back where the trucks are. I sawsome rvs and trailers there. Read more

Clean hot showers, good laundry room, and nice employees. Also, this was the first Pilot we've been to that actually had the... advertised pop-up movie theater for sale! We finally got one! ???????? Read more
