I?ve given them chance after chance after chance and this time was it for me. I ordered extra meat and this is what I got . Then... they didn?t bring my sprite and of course had to run back and get it at the store every time I?ve ever used them there?ssomething wrong. The pizza was cold too which is why it?s in the oven . Half of my food was forgotten. The delivery driver was incredibly rude and called from her personal number 3 times cause. The... manager was very dismissive of our complaints and offered no options to fix the mistakes made on our order. Over all I camhonestly say I absolutely would not go back to pizza hut unless there are changes. Very disappointed. Read more
This is the worst pizza hut location I've ever been. Total nightmare. Nobody cares a damn to take my order. All of the staff... acted like there was no one standing when I even called out standing in front of the counter. It took me about 10 minutes to getsomeone's attention to get the order placed. Doesn't matter the time or day... Seems like every time we order something its wrong. Here is an example of my latest... my kids... cannot eat any of this chicken now because it's too spicy (24 pieces) and I don't have the time to always go back and get myorder straightend out. When I didn't get the order I made online, I had to drive to the pizza hut and one of the employees tried actually fighting me.... Because I was there to get my food. I will never eat pizza hut again. I will also spread the word about the jerome, ID pizzahut. Zero stars. Read more
