First try at this place. Got boneless wings, fries, and rolls. Boneless wings weren't terrible but weren't great. Fries are cold... but taste okay. Rolls were cold and dry af. What wonderful staff and always such amazing service. Every Wingstop should be like this one. Ps if you order through delivery... it will not be the same. Try stopping in and picking up fresh food, it?s amazing. The last few times DoorDash has been superlate delivering cold food, that?s not the restaurants fault though. The tall girl who is always at front with the dark hair is always so super nice. She makes sure everyone up front is taken care... of and attends to all. She is so hard working and i always see her moving so fast and doing her best. The staff seems to havechanged, there?s no vigorous loud music anymore and the staff is clearly focused on attending to the customers and making surethe orders go out on time. Went to pick up my order. Wonderful experience with the cashier. She was professional and so upbeat! Unfortunately, I saw the... kitchen staff not wearing masks, and after they touched their faces, hands were not washed. This Wingstop location has never let us down. We drive right past another chain wing joint on our way there. Employees are... always friendly and responsive. They've never messed up our online orders. Only once behind schedule for a pickup order; it wasa busy night and they were clearly hustling in the kitchen. Wings and fries are always great. Read more
Very nice. I recommend the BBQ wings. If you buy fries, I recommend asking for light salt as they are heavily seasoned. The... building is pretty clean and nice. They have a coca-cola freestyle machine there which is a plus. Two reasons I took 1 staroff: Long wait time (Usually 30-40 minutes wait). Other reason is the past 2 times I have gone here there has been a slighterror in our order (last time we were missing rolls, this time we were missing fries). Read more
These wings are so small! ESPECIALLY for the price. We dined in and was told it would be about 10 minutes. 2 people ahead of... us. 35 minutes later this is what we got! Ordered dinner and Doordash was supposed to deliver. Wingstop gave my order to someone identified as a ?dasher?, but then I... never received the order. Had to cancel but was then notified it would take 5-7 business days to process refund. If Wingstopwants to continue using a delivery service, they would do well to shop this service elsewhere. I will not be ordering fromWingstop again due to the poor service. I?m sorry, but if you?re a business that aligns yourself jointly with another service,then you need to stand behind your business and do what you can to retain customers rather than not taking some accountabilityand responding to your customers.
