If you live in Bayonne. This will be closet location to buy halal food. The chicken over rice taste very unique than other halal... trucks. The portion is decent size. The price is not too expensive. I am still salivating at the thought of the food I had from here last night. It?s definitely thee best food truck I?ve... encountered. And what blows my mind, is that they make it look so effortless. Like, it didn?t even seem like they TRIED, but thefood itself said otherwise. It said experience, it said tradition, history, and so much more. So, I was with my friend lastnight in Jersey City at an art gallery/outside gathering. It was actually a lot of fun. There were drinks, a DJ, and a goodamount of people. After a while, my friend and I were hungry and ready to eat. We see across the street, the Between Friendsfood truck, as well as an ice cream truck. We head over and look at the menu. I was honestly drawn to everything I saw on themenu lol. It could?ve just been hunger, or perhaps everything just looked that good. So I ended up ordering the shawarma chickenover rice, and my friend ordered the fried chicken wings with fries. We figured we?d share, so we?d get to taste everything. Theshawarma chicken over rice came out first. My friend tasted it first, and had an episode lol, insinuating that it was thebusiness! I looked at her like, ?is it really that good, girl?? She told me to taste it. I tasted it, and was blown away! Icouldn?t believe the amount of flavor that was in this chicken and rice. It was just a beautiful blend of flavors that took mytaste buds on a journey. A journey I didn?t want to end. I could eat buckets of this chicken and rice. Next were the friedchicken wings and fries. These wings were perfectly crisp and also well-seasoned. You could even see the seasoning on it, whichalways just makes me so happy lol. They were hot, juicy and succulent, omg.
