The lady has a very nasty attitude and need to learn some customer service skills. I asked is any fresh oxtails coming out those... been sitting out all day. She says no that's it with nasty attitude so I'm like I'll take curry chicken she said that's beensitting to. I says ok just gave me beef patty oh that's been sitting to. I really tried to support this place regardless of the poor customer service, the service is so slow the prices have gone so... high which wouldn't be the main issue if the quality and the portions matched the price. 17 dollars for salt fish & ackee(breakfast) with barely any salt fish and tons of dumplings and banana. Ordered brown stew chicken, rice and peas and plantains. They were overpriced and under taste????. The plantains were hard and... old, they gave 2 small pieces of chicken with way more bone than meat and the cabbage was undercooked, no flavor, raw and hard.If i could give them no stars i would. So I’ve tried to support this business a few times too many and this is my last time. First the service is extremely slow, its... not authentic Jamaican but okay. The prices are inflated and I understand the prices of food has gone up but at least if you aregoing to have high prices, let the quality of the food and customer service match. The photo below is of a small porridge for$6.42 (when it supposed to be $4.00) that had to be warmed up in the microwave and it’s half full. Im so disgusting with placeand attempted to call but no answer. So on top of poor service , fake Jamaican food ; now you ripping off customers in aprimarily black neighborhood who attempt to show you support. We ordered Curry chicken, Jersey chicken for hubby & I had the ox tails, my food was $56, was not tasty. My oxtail was greasy &... fatty with no flavor, the chicken parts were dry too, and my husband said the Jersey was dry, mac & cheese was a nasty mess. Overpriced & quality wasn't there. Read more
