I recently used Casa Cubana to cater a small gathering with friends at my house. They set up everything perfectly and quickly.... The food was truly amazing, and there was something for everyone. The empanaditas were the favorite! The food also made forgreat leftovers. The portions are generous. Diana was so easy to work with too! I will definitely use them again. Read more

Authentic and delicious Cuban food. We used Casa Cubana catering services for our wedding and it was great. Besides the food... being of great quality and taste, also the servers were professional and kind. Diana was exceptional in creating the best menufor us and making sure that everything was perfect on our wedding day. We'll definitely use them again for another importantfamily event. Read more

I've catered lunch from Casa Cubana for our company several times. Diana and her team are amazing! Their lunches come nicely... labeled and the food is delicious! I personally love their tofu picadillo and their desserts are to die for, especially the tresleches. I look forward to continuing our mutual relationship. Read more

We had Casa Cubana cater my grandfather's 100th birthday in June. My family is Cuban and to have cuban cuisine for this... special occasion. Working with Diane prior to the party. She made the process very easy. The tasting was helpful anddelicious. The day of the event, the food was delivered on time and hot. The trays were clearly marked and add signage to makeit easier for our guests. The food was delicious . Everyone was excited and full. We will be using Casa Cubana Cateringagain for any big functions. Read more

I have ordered both breakfast and dinner catering from Casa Cubana catering for my staff. Both times, the food has been amazing... and the service, just as well. They are professional, punctual, and even help set up the food with the small food cards soguests can know what each food item is. I will continue to order from them as their food is delicious and they have greatcustomer service. Read more

*Quarantine Delivery Review* It was my fiancé's birthday and the Quarantine Birthday Boy wanted Cuban food, so that's what we... ordered. Unfortunately, there were not a lot of Cuban options delivering to our area. It was between this place, and another onewe had tried before, which was meh - so we decided to give Casa Cubana shot. Unfortunately, most of the things were not hot whenit arrived because it took longer than the quoted one hour delivery time. We ordered: Chicharron de Pollo - nice flavor but alittle on the salty side. They should probably also pick a different packaging for it because it was no longer crispy when itarrived Camerones el Ajillo - not much garlic flavor Albondigas - meatballs were nice and tender but again, a little toosalty Lechon Asado (with yellow rice) - pork was tender, no complaints here Paella Valencia - wasn't a fan of the seafood Cubano- the pork was a bit dry and had a leftover-y taste. I liked the fresh plantain chips that it was served with though We alsoordered some extra sides: black beans, yuca frita, and maduros. I normally don't love maduros but I really like these. Even morethan the yuca frita (which is my typical go-to side) Overall, I would say the meat dishes are good, but the seafood ones arenot that great. I also liked that they had all these small dishes, tapas style - so that we got to try a lot of differentthings, without breaking the bank or eating too much. I don't know if they can adjust their salt levels. Since they have'Catering' in their name, I assume they make everything in large batches. But if they can, I wouldn't mind giving it anothertry.
