I buy a curry goat with peas and rice on 11/17/22 & the curry is soo dark, thick and saltyyyy , I cannot enjoy .this is the 3rd... time. & the rice is sometimes not so fresh. Todays rice was ok. It?s my favorite Jamaican cuisine restaurant around me. Love the peas and rice with oxtails. Delicious and always done to... perfection. Love the service and the attendants always take my order perfect. If I ask for extra gravy, no problem. Read some not so good comments by purchasing in store so I decided to buy through a delivery app. First time trying a Caribbean... dish and I hit a jackpot on this resto, the braised oxtail is definitely a must try dish - flavor is balance and serving isgenerous. The "Jamaican Escovitch" is a particular dish that's made a particular way,and it did not have those key ingredients which gives its flavorful signature taste. Jamaican Oxtail is also a staple which italso lacked in as well. I've been to other Golden krusts that truly provide that authentic flavor, this rating is arepresentation of the foods performance, Staff was good food just want up to par. Read more
