WARNING!!! Don?t waste your money or your time. This restaurant sends out cold undercooked doughy uncut inedible pizza. Good... news is GrubHub gave me a refund. Most disappointing part is this franchise has such a low standard, has multiple low ratingreviews yet no improvement. This locations has gotten worst throughout the years. I placed and order online for delivery at 8:15 pm and half hour later they... said my order was out for delivery 1 hour later still no food I had to call several times before someone answered. When some didanswer they forwarded me to a different location after being on hold there for 20 mins I was told my order wasn?t at thatlocation, which I already knew because I placed my order online for the 440 location. I called back the 440 location severaltime and no one answered. By this time they were closed and then at 11 pm, I get a message saying door dash will deliver mypizza at 12:15 am at 12:14 am I get a message saying my order was modify or canceled. I waited a few days to see if I wascharged for my undelivered order and I was. So the banks says to try to work it out with the merchant first so I called back thestore. After calling a few times Ayana told me they cannot refund me but that can make over my order and give me a credit so Isaid okay send it for 6 pm. She said she will text me so I can get her number and know when my order will be sent out that sheis the manager and if I have any problems to call the Bayonne store the next day she will work at that location. So 6pm no textat 7 pm I called the store couple times and was put on hold. After 15 min a guy comes on and tell me how he just had to dealwith some rude customers and even got hit by one and then told me he can?t send my order because Ayana was not there and even ifshe was she?s not authorized to make the decision on order makeovers and giving credit to call back tomorrow and speak to owner.I tried the customer service on the website and they said sorry for your experience and someone for the local store will contactme within 2-3 days. Over 1 week later and still no one has responded or made things right with me so I finally just filled outfor a refund thru the bank. Read more
A few days ago I ordered 6 pieces of buffalo wings and one was missing and today at 3:40 PM I ordered two pizzas, one with... vegetables and one with beef and vegetables, they gave me one of cheese and one of pepperoni. You should check before going homeif it is for takeaway or delivery. Read more

Ordered take out. Had requested for curb side pick up. Upon waiting for over 10 mins of getting there, I just went in to get the... pizza. Got home and realized that they got our toppings wrong. The dough was lacking salt.. I called back and they were kindenough to give a $10 credit. Read more
Ordered a thin and crispy pan pizza at 8:04 pm on 10/01/2022 my order was supposed to arrive between 8:35- 8:45pm, it never... arrived. So I called at 9pm to find out where's my order and was giving the run around and transferred to another location onKennedy blvd. Than they transferred me back to 701 route 440 jersey city and I was placed on hold while there were supposed tolook up my order, but they hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold again for 22minutes before I was hung up on again. NEVER SPOKE TO A MANAGER AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Read more
