I made an online order. I selected delivery but instead it placed as pick-up. I tried calling that restaurant to change or... cancel the order. No one picked up the call. I called 7 times still no response. Worst Customer service. I emailed this issue toCustomer care and guest relations at Qdoba. Please have a look at it. If you make website for online orders try to keep canceloption or have a customer support team to handle this. I meant quick support like phone number or chat. If someone can't reachthe restaurant they have to write to you and wait for days to hear back from you. Please refund my order money as soon aspossible. Read more
Went there today and there was no line while there was a huge line for Panda express, their neighbour. I have ordered qdoba from... other places and always loved this. This place was a disappointment, employees seemed they did not want to work there, noacknowledgement while I was the only customer. Half of the salsas that were on menu were not available and staff were rushing meeven though there was no other customer. Food was also bad and tasteless! Will not visit qdoba again. Read more
Placed an order on DoorDash for delivery from this location. Honestly, it's impressive how badly they messed it up . Most... egregiously, they delivered chicken nachos....without chips or chicken. They literally sent us a bowl of cheese. (Normally,great, but without chips, kind of useless). The Impossible taco salad was missing it's namesake protein (we were literally senta bowl of lettuce and beans) and the least botched order, a chicken burrito bowl, seemed to be a random conglomeration of everytopping I didn't order. The rest of the order was so bad I'm truthfully glad they forgot to include our side orders; I'm afraidof what they would have turned that into. Honestly, I'm at a bit of a loss to understand how they could have botched a simpleorder this badly. We tried to contact the restaurant, and they told us that they were out of impossible meat. We asked why theydidn't just call us and offer to substitute or cancel the order, to which we were told "they had no way to contact us", whichsimply isn't true when ordering through DoorDash. So I ordered the steak chicken bowls (delivered by Postmates) which I enjoyed eating until I chewed a small piece of a toothpick... that went straight inside to my gums I had to use my fingers to take it out and it hurts. It also could have gone way worse. Read more
This is the best "fast" Mexican food ever. The taco salad is delicious.
Topping options were mostly gone by 6:30pm.. the food I did get was lackluster and cold.
