We almost went to Ichiran in nyc but found this more affordable ramen right in the neighborhood. I love ramen and have tried... many. This is one of the best Tonkotsu I’ve had. We also tried the vegetarian version which is also good. It’s inside a hugeAsian market so you wouldn’t know it’s there unless you searched for it. The market is also worth exploring. Not that many ramen places in Jersey City compared to the plethora of places in NYC so finding this place was a pleasant... surprise (It is in the food court area of 99 Ranch Market). Prices are good and the food was decent, the tonkotsu ramen couldhave been more flavorful. Came on a weeknight so there wasn't a line and service was friendly. Read more
