I love seafood factory they food is amazing if I could eat here every day I would!
There menu is great. I'm upset that they are now making their shrimp wrap 1/3 smaller than it was originally.

I truly had one of the WORST experiences with this restaurant.The ill-mannered and unsympathetic delivery driver argued with me... about not being able to leave my order in front of my door because "his boss" tells him to leave the food in the lobby.Iexplained that I was physically unable to come down and that my delivery note says to leave the food at the door.If thisrestaurant was unable to fulfill this request then they should have just denied my order. I just told the driver to leave thefood with concierge since he had such a problem to deliver the food to my door.This is the same driver that said he too washandicapped as if to say he physically wouldn't be able to deliver my food as I requested. I woke up my women who went to go getthe food and the driver did end up comedy up (fully physically capable to do so). He again repeated to my women that he had tofollow his bosses "Policy " and that he doesn't drive for door dash.regardless if he drives for the restaurant or door dash theorder was made on door dash platform so he was still representing (and poorly may I add) DoorDash. What made this even worseis that all the trouble was not worth it as the food was horrendous.The corn and the broccoli was over cooked ,the red snapperand the wrap was tasteless (the meat did not appear to be cooked right ).It was just all a mess and I threw it all out.What aterrible experience all around. Just ordered a cheeseburger with no tomatoes and got a rubbery inedible thin burger that had tomatoes and no cheese. Horrible!... McDonald?s $1.60 cheeseburger would have tasted better than this $6 sandwich that is mostly toasted bread. Read more
You just dont put a cold salad into the same plate as hot food. The lettuce are spoiling and the croutons are over done. That... fish is not the red snapper fried I paid extra for, its over done. The rasta pasta is over cooked and seasoned heavily withblack pepper and most of the mussels arent even open. Overall 20+ $ down the drain. Would not recommend! Read more

I literally had to drain butter from my fried catfish dish. As you can see the once fried catfish is soggy and full of butter. &... this the is repeatedly happening to the food I order. I even asked for them to any butter to the side and they still didn?t.Last time my rice was drowning in butter. Read more
