I ordered a foot long veggie patty sandwich and had I not seen it on time, I would have regretted big time. The lady who was... making my sandwich added only 4 slices of cucumbers leaving too much space in between. When I asked her to add more slices, sheadded one more slice. The same thing she did with tomatoes. I had to tell her again. She would hardly add any veggies to thesandwich as if I was asking them for too much. If the person orders veggie patty sandwich, the least you can do is add the rightamount of vegetables forget the art of making sandwich which is arranging all the vegetables properly and actually giving asandwich and not a salad bowl stuffed between a bread. The same thing with the dressings. She hardly put any dressing on thesandwich. I would never go there again. I highly recommend to not go there where they only care for making money by not givingenough ingredients. It was the worst experience I ever had. Read more
Went there at 6:55pm (Saturday) and the employee said it?s closed whereas the hours are shown it closes at 8:00pm. Terrible!
Very bad service. They were talking in their native languages joking about my friend being too picky for customizing his... sandwich. Some of the veggies were out of stock and there was no cashier available. So, I had to wait for her to finisheveryone's order before paying. One of my friends used a discount coupon. So, she turned her network service off when my otherfriend was using a similar coupon. I really didn't like their service and would never come to this subway ever again. Read more
The service was very poor. The employees Would not interact with customers but instead talk amongst themselves. They also... mentioned to each other about me being too picky when I was customizing my sub. Would never go to this subway and wouldrecommend you to do the same. I would give a 1/2 star only because I ate the food. People on the counter are biased with the nationalities. Trust me they just... put a teaspoon of cheese in my wrap which anybody can recognize that it is very big in diameter. And when asked to add cheesethey refused. I asked for toasting it they refused. Moreover I felt bad because when i too my wrap and sat at the place to eat,I was seeing them how polite, generous and humble they were to other customers. Read more
Won't be back to this one ! Girl behind counter was in her cell phone entire time as she handled a customer in front of me and... myself. The other customers food was being warmed and she started in my order ( understandable) however , when his food wasready she began to finish his order and then stopped to continue mine , I had to tell her to finish up his order so he could beon his way . As she cashed him out she left her plastic gloves on and handled the money then started to finish my order , had Inot been pressed for time and starving I would have walked out . In addition she wasn't knowledgeable about the products beingserved . Just a note I never ever write these reviews or complain but the total phone and glove thing just turned me the wrongway . Horrible experience today around 6pm Indian girl server with black straight hair very very horrible person.i greeted her with a... hello no response. She was not serving anyone just looking at the floor and ignoring me. Then I asked for a veggie patty sub andshe started making the sub without even making eye contact like she was doing a favor.mde the wrong sub and started arguing thatI ordered veggie delite when I said u din't put the patty.she picked up patty with her nasty hands throwing an attitude at meand started screaming at me so I had to leave.the server did the same thing with many of my friends.she made the same face andserved the person before me.
