Whoever is in charge should be ashamed of themselves. Consistently incorrect orders missing half the items. What does arrive is... smashed and incorrect. How do you operate this way? Who works there? Does anyone check the orders???? The insult on top of thisis that you include the receipt detailing the entire order. Every time I've gone into this Taco Bell it's taken over 25 minutes each time for small order. The workers are the slowest they... could possibly be and take all online orders as priority over in person ordering. Read more
Their understaffed because of COVID and they still turn out to be what you expect from Taco Bell. Really good food and really... fast service and they're always very polite. I never have any issues with mobile orders or orders made at Taco Bell, so thisplace is really consistent with what you expect from the rest of the Taco bells you have ever been to. Read more

By far the worst taco bell. The app marks order ready for pick up and then you have to wait 20-25 mins for pick up. The... employees don't even talk properly and won't respond if you complain. This Taco Bell doesn't have very good rating due to mostly wrong or messed up order and waiting time. I ordered only nacho fries... and bean burrito, and I waited for about 25 minutes for it. I didn't know it would take that long. I had to go to another storewhich was closing at 8 and was 15 minutes away from the Taco Bell, but had to miss it. Waiting time is bad here, but that'sbecause they are really busy not only with walk-ins like I was, but lots of mobile orders and delivery services orders. That'swhy I was patient. My point for this review is that the employees are not slow, they carefully read each order (I was observingdue to my wait time), they manage to talk to customers, answer questions, take orders and prepare them. Some words about thestore. It's beautiful inside. There are lots of artistic pictures on the walls, sitting chairs and tables are nice (I attachedsome photos). Good amount of tables. There is a bathroom for customers only. Can't comment on its sanitary condition, becausedidn't go there, but maybe should have since I had time. Very popular Taco Bell in very busy area. It?s the second time they mess up my order. Today, I ordered soft and crunchy tacos supreme. I paid for extra tomato but they... didn?t put any. The funny thing is that they said ?this is the order with extra tomato? when I picked it up. But when I gothome, there wasn?t any. What are they thinking about? They didn?t even put sour cream.
