This area really need more options and Taco Bell is usually good. Not this one though. Idkno why hire people if they dont want... to work. No one wants to be a cashier. I wanted Nacho Fries Box thats not on the kiosk for some reason. No one cares thoughthats fine and this is not the first time. For everyone reading this dont waste your money here. Empolyees here need more moneyor something maybe they should go do something else. Sad this place just opened and they had to hire these people. Read more
I know they just opened up this location recently, so... I am thinking maybe the management position is in a ROTATION and there... is no real manager just someone who is filling in until they get someone full time because they definitely need bettermanagement at this location. The workers were actually very nice, but the whole flow of the location from ordering (kiosk orregister) to waiting for your order is horrible. The food station is very visible and looked unclean. I really hate to givelow stars, so I am optimistic that I will come back to change my review in a few months or by end of the next year!! This is avery busy, corporate office/private school area, so weekday lunchtime is CRAZY. Please work on getting a better manager whosteps in and helps the staff work to their top potential :) Read more
I only wanted to write this review in case you are a non-meat eater thinking of eating here. There is a good chance that they... will mess up your order and put meat in even if you ordered with a substitute of beans or potatoes. Also make sure to plan aheadbecause it will take awhile to get your order. Read more
Save your time an money and don't go here. I waited for over 30 minutes after placing an order and was ignored. I asked multiple... times if they had an update on my order and the staff was very rude. After waiting over 45 minutes i just left without myfood... One star feels generous. Stay Away. Read more
Is there a way to leave 0 stars? When I walked in there was no one in line and I was standing by the register waiting to order... for 10 mins while being ignored by the whole staff. They seemed really confused by my order like they have never seen the menubefore. They messed up my order and my crunch wrap supreme is just a taco shell inside. DO NOT GO HERE. Very poor experience. This location is not set up to take care of multiple people. Various people were waiting 30 to 45 minutes.... Guests were told to leave when they came because it was going to take too long. I would recommend to avoid. Read more
Staff was cool, however, they gave us beef when we specified beans with an online order. No way to report this issue online or... get our money back. Now I?m here writing this review in sorrow. Sad. Taco Bell in journal square would never do this this. Read more
Avoid like the plague. I placed an order online. Took 30minutes to have it ready. Only two employees I was patient and... understanding. But they were moving like turtles. No speed. No motivation. I feel that they need either more training or shouldseek employment elsewhere. Definitely not fit to run the place. Also the orders were wrong and missing a bunch of items. Noorganization in the establishment of how to prep, package, and give orders to customers. Avoid. You will be disappointed andwrong order. I had 30ppl waiting behind me for their order and I'm sure they were going to wait at least an hour. By time I gotmy food it was honestly cold. Terrible. Go to El Ranchero its 5min away from here.
