If there was a 0 star option it would've been my choice. This place is horrible. Stag are on their phones facetiming while... there's a group of us waiting for our orders. If you ask about your order you get an attitude in return. There's 6 employeesthat are in my view and none are doing anything but running their mouths. Read more

IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A 0 I WOULD. I DO NOT eat meat! Today I asked for a fish sandwich and I went to eat it and... immediately thought hm this doesn?t taste right. Very disorganized and slow. If you're a walk in prepare to be met with slow service... I don't blame their attitude they... probably have bad wages... still their attitude sucks. My burger had not even basic ketchup on it, oh yeah and they give youstraws even when they're not supposed to. Read more

Disrespectfull young black lady at the window( night shift). She is so important that she can't even hand to you an order. She... wants attention , thinks she is so important . One day ,you'll get fired. if they don't already know. Her colleague ( man) waswatching her acting stupidly in front of me. He didn't say anything , but he knows You. You are so arrogant ,disrespectfull, andrude... Keep doing that . That's why ,you can get better than that.. This will go straight to the public and the CEO ,manager ofthe company. Read more

I rarely do bad reviews on this platform however I feel as if this one really needs to be addressed. I am not sure if it is a... staffing issue or a management issue however I had a very terrible experience in this Wendy's. When I rolled over to the windowand obtained my food I went to check if the order was correct as anyone would, and I didn't take too long to notice that we weremissing one order of medium fries. Then the Wendy's worker in the window said to keep moving up ahead to check my food, butagain it didn't even take me few seconds to notice I was missing something. So then I told the worker that we were missingmedium fries and then he responds in an angrily tone, "bruh you didn't even check the bag." And I responded saying, " I justdid." I handed the bag over back to him and he snatches it off my hands. He then goes back to the kitchen and adds the missingitem that I pointed out, throws the bag back to me and slams the window shut. I was very surprised to see that kind of reactionin a customer service facility. I understand that everyone has their bad days, but you should not have that attitude towardsyour customers and I believe this Wendy's needs to be looked over. And not only that, but the burgers I received were the wrongones. So not only did my family and I experience terrible customer service, but we also lost money from getting the wrongorders. Please do not hire people that do not want to work there. Read more

I don't even know what I just paid for.... The chili is thick and gross looking I couldn't eat it...completely Unappealing...... And the salad looks like someone's left overs I didn't get dressing or any of the toppings... Definitely not going back to thislocation. Read more
