This was my first time to try curbside pickup for an online order. I couldn't find any signage for where to park so I had to... stop an employee to ask. He was very polite and directed me. Once I got to my parking spot and checked in, service wasincredibly fast. The attendant started off by offering a gift bag of a few samples, how COOL! She had me packed up and on my waywithin a minute or two. Excellent, excellent service at this location. Update: another good trip to Sam's. I had another pickup order but since I had additional shopping in-store to do, they allowed me to pick up my curbside order inside as well. Gas... prices are usually closer to the lower prices in town if you are a member. If you scan and go with gas at Sam's Club, you justpump and go! Good place to get your groceries, good and fresh products. Location is great and gas prices are worth the wait of the line that... there usually is. However, it's getting annoying the fact that every time you enter the store there is already 2 or 3 guyschasing you, looking to offer energy plans or cell phone plans. I know they are just doing their job, but if you pay for amembership you should feel free to walk around with nobody bothering you, get your stuff and leave without any issue. Also,being checked before leaving every time is very annoying, we are not all thiefs and should consider improving customersatisfaction. Read more
There are things to like, certain things they have that Costco doesn't. More varieties for things like snacks. Although a lot of... items are similar to Costco, but slightly smaller and made the same price. Isles also feel crammed in some areas. The forkliftbeeping is REALLY loud. Me: "Can we have Costco?" ***From a Truckers Point of View*** I had an appointment for 1100 am Saturday morning. I got there the night before and stayed... in the front parking lot. I called at 8:55 am to see if they would take me early and a manager told me to just go to the backand let them know I was there and they would let me know... The guy in the back allowed me to back up to a dock door andactually "thanked me" for coming early! Upon me entering the shipping/receiving door I noticed a Keurig coffee maker with mediumroast cups available, a table with snacks and a fridge with a note, thanking truck drivers for our service and welcoming us totake a child drink. That may not mean much to others but it meant everything to me! I took a snack! (Cheeze-It Snap'd) I wasunloaded in a little under one hour and was on my way. I had a great experience. On Saturdays the shipping and receiving is openfrom 0400-1200 so if you arrive early, they are open way before store hours! Read more
