They give you a coupon but you have to spend over $20 or you can?t use it. Then after you spend so much money they give you a... promo code so that you can use it on your next order but then when you go to use it, it tells you that that store is not doingthat code right now. Made that order 9:30 waited till 10:40 and called the store and the had no clue where the order was than had an attitude because... I wanted a refund just pathetic customer service Read more

Went in the other day to get a couple pizzas for our 501 C3 non- for- profit which is tax exempt & we are set up at domino's for... tax exempt for 10 years now . The person ringing it up didn't know how to do tax- exempt. I asked for the manager. He saidboldly I am the manager . I said never mind. You would think if he was the manager he would know how to do tax exempt. I'mhoping he was just having a bad day and it will get better for him . GOD Bless Him Read more

Awful past few experiences with Domino?s . This time (02/12/22) the ?manager? Madison was incompetent & disrespectful after... having waited over an hour for our one pizza & oven baked dip. She was visibly frustrated whenever I asked for a refund andproceeded to tell me customers shouldn?t use the online order tracking because it is ?never accurate? as if that isn?t a problemthat should be addressed. The prior visit to my most recent awful experience had me waiting in the drive thru for well over anhour for my order. Domino?s Pizza provides great products but their lack of reliability and abysmal customer care is enough forme to not give them my business any longer. Do not visit this location & hire better managers. Read more

Ordered a pizza with no cheese due to a cheese allergy. The pizza came loaded with cheese. We also opted for no contact delivery... since we had someone covid positive in the house. The driver called us to have us come outside and pick up the order while wesat in the car. Of course the next course of action was to get on the app and let the franchise owner know their deficiencies.The offer that was presented was a free pizza which was half the size that we bought or 20% off any product in the store. Weclicked on not happy with these options, since we couldn?t consume the product that was delivered and nothing was done about it.Needless to say we will not be using domino?s ever again in any city since the service and customer service was so poor! Ordered a pizza with double pepperoni but when it came it had normal pepperoni but double cheese. Called the store to fix it and... when the employee read back the correction to me he said, ?ok double cheese and double pepperoni, thanks? and hung up on mebefore i could say anything. I called the store again to explain i only wanted double pepperoni and the normal amount of cheese,but when i got the new pizza it had both double pepperoni and double cheese. At that point had been over an hour since i orderedthe first pizza so i just gave up and pulled what cheese i could off. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. Read more
