Came through the drive through in the morning otw to work , asked for 2 bacon an egg croissants pull around to the window the... food was already in hand which was way to fast to be right , give them the card pay , no receipt , pull off go to work , openthe food up to see a a ham egg croissant with melted cheese on it , and a bacon egg and cheese , which this all isn?t a big dealof course but when I called to tell them I was told I?d have to keep the sandwiches an receipt an bring them in tmr if I wantedmy correct order , all in all it was just a disappointing start to the morning Read more
Had the Impossible Whopper and it was over-cooked (dry). The employee who took my order was great! She smiled; was friendly, and... made me feel welcomed. I also really liked the Store Manager. I was watching him as he spoke to the crew. He did not mincewords. He told them what he wanted and when he wanted it. He was stern. And no one minded. Every employee responded positivelyto him. I love this BK! I have a BK very close to my house but will drive the 20 mins to get to this location because the staff members... are so nice! They never sound as if you are wasting their time when at the drive-thru. I always ask for extra Pickles andbuddy.. they don't disappoint on the extra Pickles. Your food is neatly placed in the bag, always hot fries. They always have agood amount of Napkins in the bag and ask before handing your food over if you would like salt and ketchup, something I don'tfeel like many fastfood places bother to ask anymore. I'd say they get between a half and whole star removed just due to the fact they use paper straws. It was like sucking my sweet... tea through a band-aid. Awful, and for what? We aren't saving the environment with this one straw, especially considering thecup and lid are all made of plastic too. Mathematically we removed about 1-2% of the problem from this particular equation andsome might call that a win but not after sucking sweet tea through a band-aid, then they'll see things differently. The Lady behind the counter was very polite and then this lady pictured came and was very rude to me and other customers. I... would steer away from this place. Another Burger King down the street has better service. Not cool lady. Read more
I will probably not be visiting this location again. I ordered a Whopper Jr Meal (small size) with a Orange-Vanilla Coke. They... have had this drink for a long time now. I have had this flavor at this location many times in the past. When I drive around tothe Pick-up Window, I am handed the soda featured in my picture. That is definitely not an Orange-Vanilla Coke. It is not a Cokeof any flavor. It is not even an Orange Soda. It is a Hi-C Orange. It is terrible. Also, they tried giving me a straw. I toldthem they could keep the straw. I told them I did not want it. They forced me to keep the straw. I am trying to avoid usingplastic straws as much as possible. Also, when I first ordered my food, I was never asked if I wanted cheese on my burger ornot. Overall, I was not happy with this experience. I will be going somewhere else from now on. I have had better experiences atthe Burger King at 3359 Corridor Marketplace. Read more
The inside of this restaurant is extremely clean. The staff was friendly and the food was as you would expect from a Burger King... location. The drive-through line seems to be a little bit slow so coming inside may be a better option. There is relatively easyaccess from the main road but getting back on the highway can be a little bit tricky under heavy traffic. Read more
Just opened my burger, 2 min after it was handed to me through the drive-through window, and it was literally cold. It had... clearly been sitting a long time, and they decided to unload it off on me. Over $14 for a meal and I get a cold doublecheeseburger. I will never come here again. Ridiculous. Read more
