Somebody needs to be assigned floor duty more regularly. But when we asked if someone could clean off the tables, they... respectfully obliged. The food was delicious. Bring back the lobster mac and cheese. Omg! It would have been my addiction hadyou kept it on the menu. The bathrooms were cleaner than the front entrance of the restaurant. Fast food workers wanna get paid more? Why should you when you can?t even make a sandwich properly. Sausage egg and cheese and... you forget the sausage. This is a busy Panera location, especially with the large number of pickup orders. I will say, however, that I always have a... pleasant dining experience when I eat at Panera in Jessup. I have a regular Thursday lunch business appointment, and myassociate and I look forward to our weekly meetings. My favorite server is Julia because of her efficiency and quick smile. Company must be hurting. I ordered the Napa Almond (Cranberry) Chicken Salad Sandwich (half). I a lettuce and tomato sandwich... with a bite of chicken, one cranberry, and single slice of almond. After this poor expierence, I spent some time checking outother reviews. Turns out all the 5-star reviews are written by folks who leave only 5-star reviews (with an occasional 4-star,probably to throw us all off. Tricky, right).
