People pay a premium when buying from a convenience store. The business model is people are willing to pay a premium for... convenience. The convenience to buy a few items they want quickly and get back on the road. Today I wanted to buy some food andordered honey mustard to go with my food. After I paid for my food I was told the honey mustard was "out of stock". I asked fora refund and left without buying anything. I will not pay a premium to be put in a position of inconvenience. For some of the greatest chicken... don't expect the same caliber of customer service. The guy at the self checkout area was... kind enough to try to help me, but we were having trouble communicating. He was very helpful though. The food service staff wasshort tempered and crass. Make sure to pick up a bag where you pay instead of at the food counter. This used to be my favoriteplace to gas up, but it's been a while since I've been local here. Read more
By far the worst Royal Farms that I've ever visited. This place is right now the street from my job so it's convenient for... breaks, however the service is horrible. Either they have cups with no lids, or lids with no cups. The chicken is always old,dry, and hard everyday, but I keep giving them chances. I'm baffled because the amount of business they receive is conducive toamazing service. Wrong...stay away unless you're buying gas. Read more

Worst royal farms I ever been to in my life! The food is terrible! I come here in the morning with my company for breakfast... because it?s close. We were excited when they first opened but now we are disappointed. The customer service is terrible. I useto get burgers but stopped because they always give me over cooked meat. When I ask for another burger they were very rude tothe point that I just asked for my money back. I started getting chicken wraps and the tenders are now over cooked to the pointthat I can not bite through it. Ive seen customers get the worst service and employees not care if they receive service or not.The employees are the rude and disrespectful.I hope management acknowledge all these complaints.
