One of the best places I go for pizza. The warmers are always fresh and fully stocked. The staff is friendly and hard-working.... No one truly knows the hardships these workers go through everyday to serve the customers that visit this store and I thinkpersonally people take them for granted. The complaints I've read about this store are truly silly. Some of things they say Ican't believe. I hope people know that there's always two sides to a story and some things some people just don't have controlover. Read more
Went into the store for a small purchase and the girls behind the counter couldn't be bothered to pause their personal... conversation long enough to get us. I suppose they got the hint when I made a remark to my husband at which point we werefinally greeted. At which point I showed my surprise by the abundance of customer service. While the gal ringing us up proceededto stare me down whilst pulling my product from behind the counter. I told her that she works in customer service, you greetcustomers. They proceeded to tell me that "Obviously you didn't grow up in a small town." So being in a small town makes it okto have sorry customer service? Read more
Seems they are usually out of my husband cigarettes. Had one employee tell him its the brand he smokes just changed label????.... Husband said no, and employee argued with him. Also the refrigerate drinks seems to be lacking or none existing. Newer employeeslack being courteous and nice to customers. This location has really gone down hill. Many times have to travel to Kum &Go to getwhat we want???? Read more
Pizza is so so, service terrible. Called our order in, 45 minutes later went in to pick it up, only to find they had not... entered the order. Did not even offer apologies or any refund or discount. Won't go back. Read more
Ashlyn and Dylan: these two were on duty and serving people last night as I drove through town. I Stopped at Casey's, and was... "super served" as we used to say in radio regarding our core Target demo. These two were solid and friendly even though theywere busy, and probably recognized me as NOT one of their regulars. So in not knowing me, I was very impressed with how theyhelped me with a sudden issue/challenge I had while visiting their store. they treated me like a next-door neighbor or a memberof the family from that sweet little town I visited by the name of Jewel, just north of little Wall lake. They helped me outimmediately! It is these people that are the face and heart, of Casey's! Beautiful night on the highway ride past the lake andinto town, and also just as beautiful at the Casey's here. Intelligent quick friendly and very conscientious clerks served metonight. It almost makes me want to drive this far from Ames, just to get my donuts and coffee and breakfast pizza and gas andwhatnot, along with a side of the vibe of this beautiful little lake town, and young people who despite the stigma attached totheir generation, truly want to SERVE customers. A person can tell that immediately. these 2 may not make it a career, but theymay. One thing I know for sure is that while they're there, they are seem to be putting themselves fully into taking great careof their customers. This store needs to teach sensitivity to it's workers. My wife was racially profiled and yelled at when we visited this store. ... I complained to Casey's corporate and got a generic answer. When I replied and asked if she could expect to be able to visitthis location in the future without being racially profiled I got no response from Casey's. I will never return here again. Read more
Nice, friendly people! I've had issues reaching them via phone several times to order pizza, but I think that is due more to... understaffing issues than anything. Clean store. Read more
