They mess everything up. Ask you to repeat yourself over and over. Never get the coffee order right.

Waited in line for 15 minutes with our 2 coffees and 1 donut in hand just so the drive through window could cash out more people... before we could pay. ALSO paid with a gift card....the worker then threw the card out after running it for our order and movedon to more drive through order orders. Thankfully our receipt said we still had a balance remaining of $12.20 so we asked theworker for our card back and they were very rude and upset with us for interrupting the drive through window again (the drivethrough window was the only working register). The worker then picked through all the trash to find our card while making*huffing* noises because it was an inconvenience to them. I'm sorry but that was not our mistake, and we didn't once get anapology. Very poor customer service and poor management for not giving their workers the tools they need to succeed. They needmore than one register. Read more

literally been to three dunkins this morning and spent over 9 dollars just trying to get a good coffee. it?s super frustrating... griswold lisbon and voluntown have all been the worst lately. all the coffee taste bitter and burnt. wish we had a good onearound here or they would put a starbucks in somewhere other than target. The blonde worker in drive thru Friday morning Aug 28th 2020 at 9:30 am did not have a name tag on was very rude and got my... order totally wrong after repeating myself seversl times. She got mad at me because she couldn't figure out my order. I'm notone to complain but the service was absolutely horrible. I will not return because of her. She needs more training or to read abook on customer service skills! Read more

My whole family goes to dunkin several times a day for coffee. SEVERAL! Even though this store is 2 miles away, we?ve learned to... drive to the Lisbon stores to avoid the headache of dealing with this one. There are about 3 outstanding employees that workhere, however, the bad outweighs the good by far. It has become a proven fact that 1) if you go between 2-6pm that you aregoing to wait, and many times see customers pull out of the line because of the pure irritation, for very long periods of time.A few times the employee would not even recognize the customers and everyone wound up leaving. The amount of money they lose inone week just because of lazy or inadequate workers is unbelievable. 2) at least once A week, if not more, they run out of syrupflavorings for iced coffee. It?s been in the early morning, late morning, afternoon. I understand it happening once in awhile,but for it to be a constant problem is ridiculous. Order more if you?re constantly running out!!!!. Imagine this issue coupledwith slow service, and you?ll be as frustrated as me. You wind up waiting 15 minutes when there?s only a few customers in line,only to be told they don?t have what you want. Avoid the headache and go to another store!! Read more

I have not been into this Dunkin since September. The new manager here is amazing. Shes friendly, helps her staff, fast, and... nothing like that old manager. I stopped coming because of the old one. She was always yelling at her staff, had an attitude,and just made the place uncomfortable. So glad for the change in here. I'll be back for sure Read more
