When there with my family and friends! The food was amazing! The staff were nice but there is not a lot of space, so it?s kinda... crowded. But over all it was nice and the food came out nice and hot! If you are looking for a good place to eat at Jim Thorpeand you like sushi/hibachi, I recommend this place!! Read more

We had a great time there. The food is delicious! The amount of food is amazing. Service was fantastic. We arrived at 8-815... with a group of 6. Could not ask for a better meal and service. Everyone found a meal they liked. One person in our party isvegan and they found lots of choices to choose from. If you are in Jim Thorpe, stop by. I promise you, you will not be sorry. Read more

I was so disappointed by my first experience with Myst. As a Jim Thorpe local I waited years before finally getting to try food... from here and have heard many rave reviews. Several friends and I ordered take-out... and perhaps that was the mistake? It wasall wrong from the start; one item was missing. The tofu was probably the worst I ever had; bland and mush. All our of dishesactually tasted about the same which they absolutely should not. Also, you don't use a lemon wedge in Thai cuisine! Limes areparamount to delivering that classic taste. The Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai, and the Thai Panang Curry all have distinctive flavorpallets and this was not it. Overcooked, bland, sad. None of us, sadly, finished our overpriced meals. I will give Myst anothertry at some point and update my review in hopes that this experience was a one-time bad day. Read more

Ordered take out with coworkers. Very disappointed. The salad container is a quarter filled compared to being full. The... container for the actual meal was way smaller than they use to be. Also, pretty confident that we all were charged for adifferent hibachi meal than what we ordered. Read more

Stopped in for lunch to take a break from walking the town. The sign said wait to be seated and we waited awhile until someone... finally came to the podium to tell us we could sit at the table we could all see from the door. 3 out of 4 of us ate sushi rollswhich were delicious. But honestly when the general tso chicken came out I wish I had gotten that! The portion of the chickenwas awesome! The sushi was good but we had gotten spicy crab and spicy shrimp rolls and they weren?t spicy at all which wasdisappointing. We definitely go back and recommend to a friend. Read more

A group of us came here for late lunch as recommended by my B&B landlord. The staff was very nice and helpful. A family of... friends brought a dog for hiking. So we asked whether we could leash it outside, the manager said yes so they arranged to put abowl of water for the dog. Later when they saw it shivering, they brought it inside to stay warm with us. For our food service,we were all very happy with our orders. The food came out very appealing, fresh and delicious. I was surprised by the deliciouswhite tuna. The restaurant is located right across the railway station, on the corner of Race Street next to the church. Theinside of the restaurant is neat and spacious with beautiful decorations and arts on walls. Although our waitress made a mistakeby adding 40% tips to each of our split bills, and later corrected when we found out, I would still recommend it to friends andwill come again next time when we visit Jim Thorpe.
