I was nervous to stop here because of other reviews, but I had told my two year old we would stop for fries on our way home.... Upon entering this location, I was sad to see the kids play area is closed. What a thing to try to explain to your 2 year old...this location also only accepts orders on a tablet deal when ordering inside. No cash payments. I am not a fan of self service,but we figured it out. The prices were insanely high to me, but I have not eaten at McDonald's in so long, I could beremembering wrong. So past the semi negatives, this location is new, clean, and so extra friendly!! There was a gentlemanworking who made sure I was taken care of and had everything I need. With a 2 year old and 5 month old, it can get a littlecrazy. Other employees came over to say hi and see the little ones. It felt like having a visit to Grandma's house. I canunderstand where other reviewers can be coming from, especially the self ordering portal (I saw one person leave because theydid not want to use it), but I had a great experience and will be back when the play area opens. This place is an absolute disaster. So slow. How this place is even open is a mystery. Would recommend avoiding at all... costs. Edited to add the poor kid working the drive-thru window was doing all the work. He was very pleasant and apologizedprofusely for the wait. Other workers were there but weren?t doing a thing. Sad. I have never written a review before but this place was the WORST and deserves zero stars. The lobby was locked but there was... no sign on the door communicating that. I was confused because there was a toddler running around inside unattended, but later Irealized the child was in the care of the rude employee who was working inside. McDonald?s should revoke their franchiseelicense due to: 1. Rude staff with their children running around inside the locked restaurant unattended. 2. Exceedingly slowservice - it took 40 minutes to get 1 meal through the drive thru. They never answered the speaker and I had to drive around tothe window to order then wait for the order out in the lot. 3. The burger and fries were both cold. People expect McDonald?sto maintain some level of service and food quality but every single aspect of the experience was so bad, (and being repeatedboth ahead of me and behind me) that it feel like it was on purpose, like we were all being punked or were part of someobnoxious social experiment. This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I try to avoid this place because it is that slow. I shouldn't be waiting 10... minutes just to even get to the pay window and this is every single time I come here. Must have sloths working in the back ofsomething. Disappointed. Went through the drive thru at 12:03, ordered fries and a chocolate shake. The fries were old and stale. What... place does not drop new fries for the lunch crowd? The "chocolate" shake had two drops of chocolate syrup, making it so all youcan taste is vanilla, not an exaggeration. Didn't even mix it well. Also, the playground and dining area is closed. I don't have words to accurately describe this location. The facility was in terrible shape. Trash in bathroom, napkins and... debris in the main lobby..and its only 10:25am. I recommend driving a bit longer for another location. Don't recommend thislocation. Read more
We saw that this McDonald's is temporarily closed and currently under renovation, so we absolutely had to stop to walk around... and get some pics. We're really hoping that our next trip through here will allow us the opportunity to stop in and eat,preferably with Covid allowing us to dine in. Read more
This place is wildly inconsistent with its hours - in particular the lobby hours. There is never a sign telling you that the... lobby is closed. You just have to guess, walk up to the front and pull on a locked door like a jackass. The food here is easilysome of the worst for McDonald?s standards, I?ve never had warm or fresh food here any of the times I?ve been here. Not tomention they are extremely slow. If you are looking for fast food in this area - cut your losses and go to TacoBell across thestreet. Read more
