Hen Mother Cookhouse is so delicious! Enjoyed every dish and will definitely come back for more. Their pancakes are like any... other, do fluffy & tasty. A huge twist on Frensh Toast which was just too good. Also displayed are the Chicken Buscuit andMarket Hash, all very great flavors. We enjoyed our meal, food is incredible! I was in heaven! The coffee was amazing with the apple danish. We had a avocado toast to start along with a chia seed pudding... that was out of this world! My main entree was a brioche french toast plate that was filling and not too sweet (the perfecttouch was whipped cream) I will be recommending this spot to everyone who wants a cozy breakfast atmosphere with greatfood. We went knowing there would be wait time so there was no surprise to wait 40 minutes on a Sunday morning. Jay our server gave us... insight to what he liked compared to what most ordered. He was spot on....all the food was great. It was like flavor overload.The XXL Chicken biscuit was my favorite followed closely by the French Toast or cinnamon bun or apple/cherry pie. Read more
Some of the best breakfast in the state of Georgia. Cannot recommend this place enough. Their Cinnamon Buns are delicious. I... ordered the french toast, with eggs, and chicken sausage and everything was so flavorful and delicious. Please note on theweekends there is a slight wait between 25 minutes to 30 minutes. Delicious food! First time here and loved it! I got the Avocado Toast and my husband got the Breakfast Hash. So tasty and big... portions. We waited about 20 min for our table on a holiday weekend. Came for a brunch date with the wife. The food was decent.. The only amazing thing was probably the french toast but I don' t... think there was anything that we ordered that we were particularly disappointed with (although I was a bit disappointed thatsome things in their menu were not available). The service was decent but nothing spectacular. The person checking us in didn'tseem to be in the best mood. The server was pretty pleasant but kind of difficult to flag down. Limited menu but everything was delicious and serving portions are huge. Cured Salmon panini was amazing. Burger was soft and... juicy. French toast has the perfect sweetness level. Didn?t get to try the cinnamon bun or the Strawberry scone as both weresold out. Read more
