The drive-thru workers are always nice and I always get my food in a timely manner
They were severely understaffed but the young fellows that were there were working hard. My food was fresh hot and correct... though the weight was a bit long. Read more
Dont try to order ahead they are still gonna make you wait in drive thru. Last four times I had to do this. And the last time.... They were"out of tenders". I get that is close to closing and if myself worked food and Bev and respect them but 7:45 at nightin a location not in main Charleston area I was even willing to wait but they just didn't want to cook more. I am so beyond satisfied Miss Gloria took absolute amazing she took such great care of me. We got the big 12 piece chicken... tender family bucket and a delicious gallon of sweet tea. All of the food is super hot super fresh, they may be a littleshortstaffed and it may take a small amount of your time but I can confirm it is 100% worth the little bit of weight for thatchicken to come out blazing hottt Read more
We are from out of town, Did a mobile order to save time. Went to door and it was locked. Not a problem went to drive through.... They made me park and unlocked the door so I could go in and get my order instead of just passing it out the window . I evensaid have a nice night to the guy he took a sip from his drink and looked at me and said nothing. Chicken was old ,under cookedand cold. No forks , spoons or anything to eat with, no napkins. Worst experience. Needless to say went and got food somewhereelse. would give less then 1 star if I could. Read more
The food is always the same warm and tasty. The staff are short on any form of communication. seem to forget utensils and straws... often. Just check the order and you should be good. Read more
