Pulled into the right lane drive through and got no service. Ended up parking and ordering inside. The evening manager is a disgusting, angry, passive aggressive, & the rudest man whom I've ever had to deal with in food... service! I won't go into details but every encounter I've had with him has been unpleasant at BEST. All his shift employees lookmiserable to be working under his gruff, rude manner. Charleston is an attraction for thousands of tourists & thefood/restaurant/hospitality industry here is usually spot on everywhere. But this guy is an embarrassment to the Johns Island &Charleston community. I thought maybe before he was just having a bad day but the 5 times I've been here, ALL his days are BAD!POOR POOR customer service!! And the friend or relative he hired for morning shift manager isn't any better! She's obviouslylearned everything from him & is disrespectful, rude, angry, & just ugly! I don't understand how such foul individuals canmaintain these positions in this area catering to tourists. Absolutely the worst of any McDonald's I've been to in my 48 years on this earth. I waited in the drive through for about 5... minutes. I kept saying hello..hello..no one answered. I drove around to the 2nd window and there are several employees insideinside just playing around. When the young lady saw me at the window she opened the window and said yes ma'am, I asked her ifthey're open, she said yes I was like well I sat in the drive-through yelling no one ever answered for almost 5 minutes she saidoh you're gonna have to drive back around...... not. wishing i could give this no stars?literally the worst mcdonald?s ever. i placed a mobile order at 9:26pm, they don?t close... until 11pm. waited for 20 min at the curbside waiting for my order while a couple people inside got food and ate. i finally justpulled up to the window because i never got my food, they proceed to tell me they had closed 10 min ago. but i had ordered 20min prior so there was 10 min where my food could have been made and brought out to me, i said something about the people insideeating who got their food a few min after i had ordered mine, they said those people worked there, but if they can make theirfood they could have made mine as if they were really closed they had 10 min?so now i?ve paid for food i never got?.the worst Read more

Absolutely the WORST McDonald's I've EVER been to! Food was not fresh and the manager was rude as all hell with an attitude and... disrespectful towards customers. Had actually good coffee from a McDonald's on a recent trip. Figured we should try it out at home to save some money from our... Starbucks routine. Good lord what a mistake. I don't think there was a drop of actual coffee in our iced "coffees". Just asugary milky mess there was so sweet we couldn't take more than one sip. At least it wasn't an expensive lesson to learn at $4. Read more
