Literally the worst tasting coffee I have ever had in my life. Not sure what happens here but it?s not good.
This place is NASTY!!!!! Needs to be torn down and rebuild worn out and flys every where.
Honestly if I could review for zero stars I would. We visited a few days ago, and the staff was incredibly rude. Our order... consisted of three frappuccinos (mocha cookie, Java chip and Caramel Ribbon) two of which with no whipped cream. None of thefrappuccinos had any flavor, no cookie crumble with the mocha, and one of the frapps that was ordered without whipped cream hadwhipped cream on it. The lady making the drinks consistently made several other drinks that were ordered after ours. When weasked if she had our order she rudely said with an attitude ?back away and go stand over there? Horrible service. Horriblebeverages. No flavor. Filthy tables. Starbucks corporate needs new employees/management here or shut it down. Read more

This is absolutely by far the worst Starbucks location . I visited this location this morning (11/40/21) at 6:15 am . I noticed... the light were off but was an employee their . I asked her what time they opened . She answered with a bad attitude that theyare open . I ordered a regular coffee and I asked for extra sugar . I asked her for extra sugar when my coffee hardly had sugar. I waited till she was done with what she was doing and I asked for extra sugar . She turned around and gave me a very meanlook and answered ? what ? . I asked her again that I need some sugar . She put two packs of sugar on the counter and turnedback . I thanked her but she never talked back . I understand that it?s hard to get employees nowadays but she lacks customersservice and she is a very rude person . If you are that miserable to come to work , then stay home . You are not doing anybother by showing up to work with this attitude. YOU are being compensated by a paycheck. Read more
Ugh, what a terrible location! The staff is very rude. When I came up to place my order today, the girl working there, from the... back of the stand, goes "Yes?" and doesn't even bother to come up to take my order. So, I awkwardly tell her what I'd like, apretty simple drink. Then, I ask for an ice water, and she goes "Oh you can get water from behind you" and pointed to the foodcourt area with the Coke freestyle machine. Yesterday, the person working there actually provided a water to me. Whoever wasworking today around 11am really needs to find a new position. Read more
