It sucked. I love Taco Bell. It was around 9:30 pm Saturday night. Gave them our order and the the guy says they are out of... beef. All they had was chicken or beef.I don't like either on anything there. Well put that on the sign. Why were the even open.It was lousy. Read more
This Taco Bell and its management are a joke! We honestly feel bad for the employees at this point. We have tried to go there... many times and they are always out of almost everything. Tonight all they were serving was gorditas and crunchy tacos. I'm noteven exaggerating. It's to a point where we try to call before we go to see what they're out of but of course no one answers thephone and now they don't even have a working number. Ordering online is pointless because what they are out of is not updated soyou get a surprise when you go to pick up your food. To When you arrive they just tell you they are out of basically everythingor they just throw in some random stuff to try to even out the cost to make it equal to what your online order was. Disaster! The staff was kind, courteous and helpful. I placed a very large order first thing in the morning and the team members had the... best attitudes about it. I was blown away by the amazing level of customer service. I never go to this taco bell because of allthe terrible reviews but maybe it's just grumpy boomers n johns island trying to set this place up to fail. This isn?t the first time the location on Johns Island,SC has messed up my order, but this time made me the most mad. Today I... ordered 4 chicken soft taco supremes and every single one had about 2 chunks of chicken on it! Not to mention the lettuce tastesold like it?s been out all day. This location is brand new and I?ve never seen an adult in the place. It?s being run byteenagers who are very polite and deserve better leadership. This place is so poorly managed, they are constantly out ofproducts. I assume what happened today is they are running low on chicken and just decided to rip me off completely on my orderinstead of saying they don?t have enough chicken.
