Night manager, Alexis, is great. Unfortunately she wasn't there and my drink was made wrong. Usually they are on the ball.

Stopped going to this location after they made so many mistakes and the staff is not only super slow but they have horrible... attitudes. Staff needs serious retraining and I'm happy I'm not giving them my money anymore. Overpriced because by the time youget hot drinks they're cold, food is cold or missing items (ordered a bacon sandwich once with NO bacon and had to ask for it tobe added), and the service is below sub par. Used to come here all the time. Staff was friendly, hot food hot coffee. The past couple of visits I kept giving them chances.... Food was always either almost frozen or ice cold in the middle. Today my sandwiches were cold and a slice of ice cold cheesewas added to both sandwiches. I can say I doubt I'll be back to this location again. Read more

Not the fault of the employees, but they can get backed up if there are only two people working in the AM as has happened to me... on occasion.
