Maureen our waitress is absolutely AMAZING. She is always so friendly and attentive. We appreciate her so much. Food is always... EPIC Another Epic Encounter with Maureen. She is ALWAYS so HELPFUL. They Served our strawberry Lemonades in dirty filthy cups they definitely needed a good wash. And the bugs flying around also... wasn?t appetizing. Good food and friendly staff. Our waitress kept apologizing because the kitchen lost our order ticket. She was very nice and... offered to give us free small sundaes for waiting so long for our food. My burger was really good and my son really liked hiswrap. Read more

My wife and I were in town and as we live in Massachusetts, we were thrilled to see a Friendly's out this way! Came in tonight,... a Sunday evening at around 7:30pm. The host was very friendly and sat us immedietly. Our server, Sam, was delightful during ourdinner, making sure we got the best dinner we could have asked for and kept us smiling the whole time. The food was cookedperfect and service was super fast. I was shocked our appetizer, the delicious mozzarella bites (30 mini mozzarella sticks),were at our table within a couple minutes. I got the triple bacon cheeseburger which was absolutely cooked to perfection! Thiswas the best Friendly's experience I have ever had! Came in on a typical Sunday funday for my usual banana split and fries. I was greeted with many smiles as I came in to be... seated. The waitress was pleasant and the food was great! Went around 5pm on Friday, so it was fairly busy which is so good to see again, I really missed seeing a populated restaurant.... Our server was super nice and helpful. Also just be prepared for a little bit of a wait when arriving and for food, like 10-15min for food which isn?t bad at all given that restaurants are opening back up completely again and have to catch up to thesudden influx of diners.
