If there were a lower rating than 1 star that?s what I would give. Women?s bathroom was completely unacceptable. The floor was... soaked with no obvious water leaks. Bucket of water with mop were in the corner. I fell and had to have my husband come in tohelp me get up because the floor was like ice. Stopped here on our way back to Canada because you should know what your getting. This McDonalds is very dirty and messed. The... employees are behind the counter at the back of the kitchen talking. I had to practically yell to get another employee to askfor ketchup. He clearly had his ear buds in his ears. The manager is no very good at her job as if they have time to talk aboutlast night they have time to clean the lobby, washrooms etc. I would highly recommend to continue to the next restaurant. Went there after leaving the hospital. We sat in the drive thru for about 25 minutes to order. Granted it was 2:00am. But I... think they only had 1 person working. They should better staff especially when there is a lot of door dash going on at thattime. Read more
Went through the drive thru and ordered just a couple of items (McChicken & a plain burger), they were not very busy. When I... pulled up the the window after paying I was ignored for over 7mins while.employees chatted next to the window. I pulled up andparked and went inside and was ignored for another 10mins while standing at the counter, all while employees chatted and walkedright past me ignoring my "excuse me" to get their attention. Eventually I heard the person working the drive thru making rudecomments about me "driving off", and when I asserted that I was actually standing right there being ignored she accused me ofnot yet paying. I showed her my receipt and she tossed my bag of food on the counter and walked off. Food was obviously cold atthis point, but I took it and left because I didn't want to deal with the rude employees anymore. I will not be returning tothis location. Read more
At about 5:50 on 7/24/22 - Stopped at the drive through on our way home and ordered a few items off the dollar menu. While... waiting for our food an employee, a young man with glasses and medium length hair, asked us to pull to the side because theywere waiting on one item from our order so we did. We waited awhile and after about ten minutes the same employee came outside,but not with our food, he was vaping. Twenty minutes after that at 6:20 (30 minutes after our order), I walked into the buildingto ask about our food because no one had come out to check on us. Apparently it had just been sitting on the counter. The womanin charge handed me the bag and started to scold the same employee we had seen vaping, but there was never an apology oranything from any staff member. The McDonalds on main Street Johnson City NY, has to be the worst I've experienced in 60+ years. Take out (drive thru) orders... are always hit and miss - ask for no pickle, half of them have them anyway. Today is no different...crispy chicken sandwich for$4.89, and zero chicken. We called and the boy/man we talked to not only was disinterested, but was actually slurring his words.This time however, we're sending this review as well as pictures to corporate. Pulled in around 1am with a line and waited for 30 minutes. I left the line because they were clearly short staffed and don't... really care about their jobs. I hope they can get people who actually want to work and be a bit quicker. Not sure about the daytime workers but for the off chance you do want stuff late at night they need to train better and possibly pay even more the $15an hour. Hope they can sort their understaffing and pay and people who care about making an accurate and fast order. Read more
