I ordered a Grade Chimichanga with beef. The menu said it came with rice and beans. The food took a long time to come out and... had to be checked on a couple of times. They left off one of the sides when it came out. It also wasn?t a chimichanga. It wasjust a folded over shell that was grilled. It was very greasy and not at all what I expected. This is the worse Mexican restaurant in Johnson city. The service was awful. The tables are empty. No napkins, silverware, salt... and pepper or sauces. You have to ask for everything. These people are still living in the COVID era. Their chicken issynthetic, processed and FAKE. And the prices are extremely high for what it is. NOT AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD. I have always loved 7 Hermanos but after our last few visits, I have to say something has changed. Food was very slow to come... out, and not as good as it used to be. Fajita meats were overcooked and dry. Kids meals did not come with a side or a drink,we paid $6 for chicken fingers and were charged another $3 for fries and $3 for a drink, total $12 per kid. I suspect this wasan error, but I asked and was told no, fries and drink cost extra. All in all between slow service, mediocre food, and mistakesin the order (incorrect sides and missing items) I am sorry to say we will probably not be back. Read more

Very disappointed. Ordered a taco salad w/chicken. It was very pricey and very skimpy! Small amount of lettuce, one wedge of... tomato, dry chicken, very small dollop of sour cream, taco shell was okay that was it....oh, I ordered a small hot cheese...gothome....no sign of the cheese! I came in for lunch, I really enjoyed the food. The prices were good and the service was on point! I definitely recommend.

This is my TOP favorite restaurant in town. They know my buddy and me by name every time we come in? even if it?s been months!... The bartender and staff are like family. And when I bring my family they are waited on hand and foot. Everything here is amazingand the desserts are worth saving room for. If asked to pick a favorite dish I?d say I can?t name one so just try everything andI?m sure you won?t regret it! Read more
