Just got Arby's for tonight's dinner and as usual, never disappoints. Food is neatly put together and fresh! The buns are... definitely fresh and soft! It's nice seeing a fresh, fluffy bun compared to those flat, squished ones you get from other places!Can definitely tell the employees care about their job and their customers! Read more
I wish I didn't have to be so harsh, but....this was my second visit to this establishment the last couple of weeks. The first... visit was highly unnerving for many reasons, but overlooking that I decided to give this location a second chance. Boy, was thata mistake. My husband and I quietly ordered our food to go and on the way out the manager on shift made an extremely unwarrantedand disparaging remark about me when she thought I was out of earshot. Considering, in the very short time we were there, 3different guests had to return their food for being incorrect or poor quality I would hope she would pay more attention to orderaccuracy than a guest's appearance... but I digress. It was grossly immature, especially from someone who clearly has no ideawhat they're doing. I've worked in restaurant management for some time now and I've never witnessed such disorganization andpoor service. Not to mention, a consistently dirty lobby and poorly trained (could even use the word lazy) staff. I plan onreaching out to a district manager. I've never in my life been talked about so horribly by someone for no reason. I was a politeand paying customer and it truly blows my mind someone that immature is left in charge of that store. No wonder all the othercustomers were complaining about their food while I was there. She clearly isn't concerned with doing her job. Read more
