This is literally the best place to eat in Johnson City, assuming management didn't change since we were there. The food is... fantastic! We had a really bad experience the first time we went there. Everything was out of stock. They gave me the wrong dishand tried to convince me it was the correct one. We came back anyway because the food was amazing. Long story short, we becameregulars and if you get over your first experience (I say this because ours was not good) this is legitimately the bestMediterranean food in the area. Living now in a major metropolitan area with Mediterranean food on every corner, we still talkabout Babylon. It's authentic Mediterranean food in a family friendly environment (except on the patio). Next time I'm in town,I'm having Pal's for breakfast, but for my dine-in experience, I'm having Babylon. Read more

I will never go here again. I would not recommend food or service. Should have gone with my gut when I walked in and place was... empty. Asked waiter if they were open. Waiter had a bad attitude the entire time I was there. Food wasn't great either. Had somesmall pieces of hard fat or bone. Will NEVER go here again. Read more

Great service, and even better food. One guy was waiting tables AND doing all the cooking. Probably the owner. This place is... authentic and delicious. Read more

Wanted to stop here for years! Unusual menu items, don't look for gyros here but so so good! The eggplant salad appetizer... sounded so unassuming and I wanted to eat healthy. WOW!! It was inexplicably fantastic and plenty if it but I ate it up with aspoon. This place is a treasure!! Read more

This was terrible. The Cordon Bleu Chicken was nothing more than an over-cooked, fried piece of chicken with a few pieces of... cheap American cheese on top (when we specifically chose Swiss). The fries seemed to be microwaved. The Falafel Sandwich ?onPita? was actually wrapped in a Mexican style tortilla, not pita. All the vegetables were soggy and tomatoes were gritty andclearly past their prime. The falafel itself may have been fine if it wasn?t so rubbery. Impossible to chew. We didn?t even takemore than a bite or two. Do not eat here. They clearly don?t know how to make Mediterranean food. Read more

First time here. I don't knowbthe actual names of the meals we ordered. But everything was very good. I ordered a chicken wrap... w/ fries. My daughter ordered some kind of beef (flavor was outstanding) some kind if rice, to much cinnamon it. She said ittasted like Christmas. Lol... I tasted it and it kind of does! It was good, but didn't want a lot of it. Pita bread wonderful. Read more

This little restaurant is a hidden jem. The dishes I chose came out quickly, were prepared well and the host couldn't have been... nicer. This place should not be overlooked. I was very happy with my lunch! Read more

No frills space with simple decorations and fast food feel but the magic happens in the kitchen. Large menu with good variety of... options. Great flavored stews. Real shawarma on a spit. lentil soup perfectly made. Sandwiches are prepared in pocket pita breadand pressed panini style. Main dishes come served with plain but flavorful basmati rice and other sides. A great oasis of middleeastern food with decent quality and flavor and value. Service is extremely friendly and accommodating, and prompt. Read more
