Ordered the thanksgiving feast, directions for heating was handy but 10 mins in the microwave for ?dressing? and the bread just... to warm them up?!?! You?re kidding right? Half of my meal was ruined due to the heating directions they provided. Do better. Read more
Thought I would take advantage of the Thanksgiving "curbside" carryout ... live alone ... worked 12 hours. My meal was not ready... at the time I requested (I placed my order in the morning!) - rolls straight out of the refrigerator, no butter. AND I waited10 min IN THE RESTAURANT for my Curbside order. SUPER SORRY i included a 20% tip for a TERRIBLE experience. Disappointed in thewhole experience. Cracker Barrel is looking better and better!! Read more
Ordered 5 meals. One was missing a side. One was the wrong item (correct on receipt not in the bag). Ordered a pie and it was... supposed to come with whipped cream, that was missing as well. Read more
This location was pretty busy. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait but got seated in about half that time. Our waitress... was super friendly and served us with a smile. Our food was made to perfection and brought to us in a timely manner. It was anall around great experience! Read more
Friendly atmosphere, Great waitress. Kinda busy and slow on taking the order and had to ask for items not brought out that was... ordered. Waitress was very apologetic and adjusted the order. Food was great and our party of 6 was satisfied with thepreparation of the food. Read more
First Justin (host) and Sabrina our server were both excellent. Wonderful customer service my husband got biscuits w/ gravy and... turkey sausage links. I got the country biscuit breakfast. w/home fries everything was delicious and the coffee was fresh. Wedon't usually get breakfast when we eat out, but this was so good. This location is just a couple of miles from my house, so on a Friday night (after eating out most of thr week for birthday... celebrations and not really wanting to cook), my husband decided on Bob Evans. We were seated quickly, but it took a very longtime (extremely long considering that place was not busy at all) for us to be acknowledged by our server. She took our drinkorders and scurried off. It took about 15 minutes to get out drinks and the order was wrong, so off she scurried again. Afterbeing in the restaurant about 35 minutes, drinks were right and our server finally took our order. In total, we were seated forover an hour before we got our food. The one thing I noticed was that our server ignored some tables and at other tables shespent an extraordinary long time just chit-chatting. She never check on us after she brought our food and our drinks were neverrefilled. However, our food was delicious. I would definitely eat at this restaurant again, but if this server was there, Iwould definitely ask for someone else! Read more
