Worst Charley?s around. Staff is extremely rude and actually refuses to serve customers when they are open. Myself and a few... co-workers come to the mall to eat every Tuesday and very rarely can you get Charley?s because the staff would rather hide inthe back instead of do the job they get paid for. Staff is very rude, we pay $21 for ONE combo meal to share and asked for mayo on our sandwich and was told no or we'd have to... pay extra, asked for ketchup since their self-serve area was unkept and empty and was given 1 ketchup packet, and when I askedfor one extra plate since I was sharing I was told no, I then ask for some napkins since the dispenser was out and the employeetold me she'd go get some, I waited 20mins while I ate and she never came back out. Also our sandwich came with cheese and theybarely put any. These people act like these things are coming outta their own pockets. Read more
