Amazing fast food and great breakfast. I am addicted but the sad thing about it that they are just in Johnson city. And there... are expansion plans. Try anything on the menu but recheck your bag before your leave the window. They missed something the 2/4times. They are super busy thou. Forgiven ! Fries and the break fast hash browns are amazing ! So the service at the Pal's in the food court is awful. I absolutely love pals and am usually very understanding but after... waiting 10 minutes and watching 4 customers that ordered after me receive their food I asked for a refund so I could goelsewhere to eat. Olivia refused me a refund, gave me an attitude, and smirked at me while she explained that she just wasn'tgoing to give me my money back. Anyways that is the worst service I've ever had at Pal's, and Olivia's customer service skillsare deplorable. Read more

Hands down the best run burger joint possibly in the whole country. As a truck driver, I have been everywhere and this place is... consistent with the quality of their food and service. Better than In N Out or Five guys easy. Read more
