Truly, it's probably the best fast food option in Johnson City. The chicken is always perfectly cooked, the buns are always... fresh and the waffle fries are also very good. Tables inside are usually clean. Staff is usually pleasant and friendly. Parkinglot may get full at the peak of lunch hour but the drive through usually moves fairly quickly. Read more
Went in, ordered the 12 count grilled nuggets, fries, drink. Got back to the office. Nowhere near 12 pieces, 7 actually, fries... package not full, drink also not full. And not to mention no fork, no napkin. Is this the new direction? Cheap Filet? I dontknow what is going on over there but next time I will go elsewhere as they are either deliberately shortchanging the customersor they cant count. Either way it looks bad. Read more
I love stopping here and picking up a Frosted Coffee pretty much every day on my way to work! The staff is always friendly and... no matter what I order it is always correct! As I said before, all of the staff is friendly but there is a male manager who isthe absolute best. I've never had a issues personally but I have seen him quickly and gracefully deal with other issues forother customers! ( I'm sorry I don't know his name, but I wish I did so I could give him the credit he deserves. But then againthey all deserve credit for how amazing they are all the time!!) Read more
Very clean and um? almost excessively friendly staff. Which I suppose is a good thing. I love that they ask you about condiments... and bring orders to your table also. Nice touch for a chicken place. The food always tastes fresh and well prepared. I came inbecause the drive through looked like chaos, but from the window it was actually moving pretty quickly. I got the tortilla soupand it was exploding with flavor! ???? Well kept and well staffed, that?s what I love to see. Read more

In my are this is my go to Chick-fil-a restaurant. Even when they are crowded and busy, they are very quick and efficient. The... food and service is always top notch. The recent remodel on the inside makes the restaurant look and feel more open. It seemsas if the owner and staff of this restaurant are extremely community oriented and involved. Read more
Honestly should?ve been a 0 star but unfortunately that?s not an option. Waited almost 30 mins on 3 chicken sandwiches. Every... other person waited about 5-10 minutes when I was in there and got something for their wait. I wasn?t given anything and theyalso messed my order up by giving wrong sized drinks and forgetting a drink. Overall a horrid experience, I wouldn?t recommendthis place even if they was giving out free food. I?ll be forever going to peoples street. Read more
